By downloading or using Cluebound, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cluebound on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Subscriptions & Purchases
Cluebound Plus is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Hint tokens are available as consumable in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
- We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy.
- Hint tokens are consumable and are not refundable once used.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or in-app purchase requirements
- Use automated tools to interact with the AI interrogation system
Content
All mystery cases, suspects, narratives, and game content in Cluebound are fictional. Any resemblance to real people, places, or events is coincidental. All content is owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute game content without permission.
AI-Generated Responses
Suspect responses during interrogation are generated by AI and are fictional. They should not be interpreted as factual statements. AI responses may occasionally be unexpected or imperfect.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Cluebound is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
